"Booking is a great space to grow and collect amazing resources (skills, knowledge, networking, flexibility)for your professional journey.
The culture of support with women, parents, people with different abilities, backgrounds, is quite impressive and goes beyond the slogan. It is consistently talked of, and cared for.
I have worked in at least 2 other global companies, and the diversity and inclusion section was merely a slogan.
I have never felt limited on my growth, I know moms in the work that appreciate the flexibility and empathy with their unique cases, so all in all I would 100% recommend it to anyone that is willing to do hard work, bring great ideas and be regarded as an equal in this partnership"

"Good PTO package, early leave during summer Fridays, hybrid model that allows you to work from home and/or office (no obligation at all to go to the office) , no emails after working hours "
