"It is the best work/life balance I have ever had. I came from another Tech company which said they care about work/life balance but in reality you needed to do many hours, which didn't support working mums. At Booking, I feel you can pick your hours, where you best need to work from and also have a workload that supports your life. I also feel women are empowered and supported on the leadership level, it is a very flat organisation"
