"Booking.com is a great place to work for women. There are so many female leaders to learn from and opportunities for mentorship too. The company is also very flexible and understanding, and I am now a woman in tech - something I never thought I'd say, but I love it!"

"Already shared in the previous question - some of the departments are male-dominated which can make it a challenging work environment at times. Overall the company culture is welcoming, accepting, of all people though and I believe that it's a safe and inclusive space."

"The maternity leave is determined in accordance with the country's laws, so it's difficult to comment as a whole. In some countries there are good laws regarding this, in others there aren't.
I don't think the company has a global parental leave policy, it depends on the location you work at."
