"They have great parental leave and facilities for women working at Booking.com.(nursing room) They have several initiatives support future women in tech like scholarships and fundings for girls to code. They also sponsor big tech events as WebSummit with women in tech lounge with mentoring sessions for women to talk to other women leading in the industry, very inspiring. "

"After working for 2 years for the company, I was "dismissed" just 1 month before becoming a mom. I didn't even know that was legal in my country, but it apparently is. It was surprising and shocking. And shameful, for such a big company. No one should have to pass by such a difficult situation in such a delicate moment of life."

"Be careful. It can be a great place but if you aren't able to constantly fight for your own rights you will get swallowed up. Only 20% of the Tech department are women but they make up 80% of the people who go on burn-out leave."

"They are currently establishing "core working hours" which will make life a lot harder for parents and working from home is being restricted to emergencies."
