"Leadership is mainly female, there are locked lactation rooms with sinks and fridges, leave is just ok - it is STD for 6 weeks at 60% of pay and then 6 weeks unpaid, and there are flexible work options, so I work remotely 2 days per week, and am in office 3. There is also flexibility if you need to go to appointments. Negatives - leave, as I said, can be disorganized and bureaucratic with poor internal operations, 401K match vests after 4 years, which is ridiculous. "
