"Boston Scientific is a great place for women to work because at it's core it values people. Employees are treated with respect no matter what their background and, most importantly given the opportunity to continue to develop their careers and grow as individuals"

"Great place for a female to grow and develop in a flexible work environment. Six extra paid vacation days in CA during May to October with every other Fri afternoon off!"
