"I worked for several companies prior to joining Boston Scientific. Every day here, I'm continually blown away by how passionate, intelligent and creative my coworkers are. "The culture is very supportive of women. The D&I and ERG network is growing and has a strong presence across divisions and franchises. The EC-level team needs more females, but it does seem like that is being addressed - slowly but surely!"

"This company has supported me through multiple different lifestages. The onsite daycare was critical to my ability to balance my career while having young children, and now that my children are older I have a large amount of informal flexibility to arrange my days to be able to do what I need to do both at work and at home. I am grateful for the results-oriented culture and supportive management that allows me to do this."
