"I am constantly surprised by the level of effort the leadership puts forth at a site and global level to ensure all communities, backgrounds, etc are aware of their resources through work. Whether it be benefits related, employee resource groups ( which there are many and have strong presence!), paying for SWE memeberships, or onsite activities that make the work place feel like your community-- their support is felt. I greatly appreciate the flexible hours , their excellent response to all things COVID-19, among other life balance considerations. I've never been in a job where i felt like I, as an individual contributor, could make such an impact and be recognized for it. At all management levels, I've felt like i was encouraged to speak and put forth ideas. Diversity of thought is saught after, women in leadership as well. Can't say enough good things. I've had a great experience. "
