"This is a small company that offers a lot of flexibility and opportunities for personal growth. Maintaining a good work-life balance is more than just words here. Opportunities to work from home and flexible work hours make it easy to plan in appointments and run errands, which takes away a great deal of daily stress. Also: management provides plenty of opportunities for ideas to bubble up, no matter your gender. If you want your ideas to be heard, they will be. They also encourage extended education by partly refunding any courses more or less relevant to your work that you choose to take. "
