"It's a "boys club" from the founders to the top executive teams. They have their favorites and they play that game. Promotions are not based on merit, and the hammer only comes down on those who are not part of the "inner circle"."

"It was non-existent. They were too occupied with their own responsibilities. When support was requested, it was met with no response, you were expected to take care of things beyond what you can at your level, (needed management to assist in order to move forward). "
