"Equally qualified male and female candidates are sorted into different tracks from the interview stage. Women are pushed into administrative roles, and sold on the "growth potential" only to find that there is no growth track (or a very small chance of it). Males with similar or less experience are tracked immediately into MA programs. You are not allowed to discuss compensation, and there is no set compensation guide available, so you have no way of determining if you are being compensated fairly. Asking co-workers what they make is a fire-able offense. Maternity leave policy actually got worse in the past few years, and there is no flexibility or work life balance. You cannot work from home ever, so if your child is sick, you need to find a babysitter or take one of your limited sick/ vacation days. "
