      "Excellent process - literally world class. You will learn a ton! Also, the CEO (and some other managers)micro manage. "

      "The ratio of men to women in leadership roles at BrightEdge is skewed towards men. There isn't a clear path for women to get promoted. There is only 1 woman on the Executive Team. There are also very few working moms."
