"There is no guarantee that their family needs will be considered. Be prepared to fight your corner and it’s down to the manager of the day to decide regardless of written policy. We have many documents on this kind of issue and it doesn’t function in practice. "

"If on permanent contract - great flexibility in working from home. Senior Management can be male heavy and seems to be a little harder for women to move up. "
