"There are a lot of opportunities but many women stall out before getting to director level. The male centric Japanese culture trickles down to US where all board members and about 90% of VPs are men. "

" Middle managers work hard to keep their employees down rather than lift them up, especially the female middle managers. There are few females in management at any level. The promises and benefits that you will hear before you are hired rarely are available or followed through with. "
