"I feel like I'm in control of my career and my life, equally, here at Brother. Prior to Brother I ran my own business without any aspirations of returning to corporate, because of the fear. Fear that a "job" would dictate my ability to enjoy life, family, marriage, friends, travel, and hobbies. However, I was met with such overwhelming balance at Brother. For the first time in years, I'm happy with my work life balance. Brother does everything in it's power to listen to it's employees and grow accordingly, through all the constant change in the workforce. "
