Good company but career stalls once pregnant. Most managers have stay at home wife's. Several women I know got demoted whIle on maternity leave or within a year of returning. HR is the watch dog to protect management.

A very forward thinking company which while does not emphasize high take home pay invests into other benefits that often benefit women.

The company provides the legal minimum family leave requirements. There are no company policies to promote flexibility in the workplace. The Board of Directors and executive leadership is overwhelmingly male.

Experiences here are likely very team-dependent. Benefits overall are fantastic and policies are family-friendly. However, as an ambitious mid-career woman, I am looking for a company that will recognize and reward good work generously.

Maybe. Entry level roles offer a lot of great training and resources and prepare employees well for jobs in financial services. I can only speak to higher level roles in which career paths are more individualized.
