"I wouldn’t recommend anyone work for this company. There is a lack of culture in the organization. Leadership does not lead anything. Technology is way behind. The clinic I worked in made overtime mandatory and if you turned down working extra or on weekends they made you seem like a terrible employee. There is a lot of favoritism for those that have tenure only because the turn over rate is so high. If you have been there a while and know someone there you can literally work 50 to 60 hours and walk around and talk and eat while new employees catch your slack. Reviews are biased and made up of half truths. They will criticize you constantly but not provide solutions on how to improve. As a non clinical employee there is not room to grow. "
