"Again, it depends on the worksite you're assigned to and the people you work with. Mostly, keep to yourself, don't mix professional and personal relationships. Be sure to know exactly what you're doing because a missteps can lead to a drastic change in how you're treated due to your position at the site. If inappropriate remarks are made, keep a log and record them since HR is behind a screen and far away so if it needs to be reported you have receipts to back it up. "

"flexibility is dependent on specific managers willingness to approve the terms. Each group has a different culture so if you hear reviews of one area, don't assume the culture is homogeneous throughout"
