"It's a great place to work for people who are motivated to to work hard. It's not an easy place to work. The work-life balance isn't great, or well respected by the leadership. However, the employee ownership culture allows for decent benefits and a great retirement plan. Historically dominated by white men, the corporate leadership is slowly promoting more women into higher roles. "

"People like working here because of the bonus and ESOP. The bonus is a way if paying you less during the year (I took a pay cut upon starting) to give you a larger bonus at the end of the year. PTO and holidays are at a minimum."
