"I think BITC is a good employer for women. BITC employs more women than men, which is fairly typical for a UK charity, but more unusually, the gender balance is fairly even in senior positions up through the executive, including the CEO Amanda Mackenzie. Policies are flexible and child friendly, and overall a positive and inclusive culture. "

"BITC is a very friendly workplace and a flexible employer. I am able to work from home whenever I want and without having to do a formal flexible working request. I have seen women working part-time progress into senior roles but the majority of our executive team remains male."
