"If you anticipate taking family leave, know that they are very flexible and accommodating for each person's needs. There is also 4 weeks of paid family leave, plus state benefits for leave that I think covers 12 additional weeks of partial pay. The staff is mostly white and female, with some white men in management. Middle management is overwhelmingly white but the executive team is quite diverse."

"Incredibly flexible schedules that everyone, even executive management, respects. In particular, anyone with caregiving responsibilities or who just needs some mental health time during COVID has been able to flex or reduce hours without a pay cut. Cannot speak highly enough of their commitment to work-life balance."

"This is complicated, because there is paid family leave from the company and through the state of NJ. The family leave benefits are generous from both entities, and the company will work with your schedule for returning to work and if you want to reduce hours."
