"The company is stuck in a "chicken and egg" problem when it comes to women. The culture is very heavily male-dominated which can be less than welcoming as a new woman to the company. With less women joining or staying with the company, it is harder to change that culture. That said, they've formed a Women's Resource Group to help on these fronts internally. "

"The company is almost entirely remote, with several meetups per year in person. For many roles there are set working hours such as 9am-6pm which you are expected to work unless an alternative has been agreed upon with your manager. "
