"Capital One stands behind working parents. I am able to be the present mom I am today after working for an employer that allows me the flexibility to attend school events, volunteer in my daughters classroom, etc. I could never say that until I joined Capital One 3 years ago.I am proud to say that I work for a company that focuses 100% on diversity and inclusion. "
