"CareSource recently starting offering fully paid maternity and paternity leave. Additionally, from the beginning of the pandemic lock downs and the subsequent months leadership has stated they will work with parent's schedules and accomodate flexibity for those who are also homeschooling."

"Overall pay and bonus is high, but not when actual hours worked are calculated. The case management department has very unhealthy work load. No work life balance."
