Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

Diverse opportunities for growth make it appealing. However, it is very department and manager driven, so you want to make sure you get into a department with a good manager. I don't believe that company policy drives the culture, it is personality driven.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. While we do have some women in leadership positions, the majority are held by men. Some of the leadership are definitely ' boys club' mentality which requires extra effort for women to be heard. However, there are also men who share tasks, recognition and voice time equally and make it a joy to come to work. It depends on the department you work in.
