"They do not hire as many people as they need to do the work, so expect extra work at average compensation. The c suite is mostly all men, despite talk of diversity and the workforce being 80% women."

"It is a flexible work environment. Although more than half of the total workforce is women, you would not know that by looking at the senior and executive leadership teams. For a healthcare provider, the maternity leave does not appear to be robust (I have not taken maternity leave at this company)."
