      "Have confidence to ask for what you need. If you cannot settle on an immediate solution with your manager, be patient and try again. Change will be imminent in the future across all offices."

      "I am an owner and single mother hence it's imperative to offer my group the same flexibility once an employee is established. But we are also tax accountants so flexibility is tough to offer/receive during tax season."

      "Depends on the location hired as to how you will be treated or not. At the Houston location they do not believe in Corporate’s mission starting with the Partner in Charge and also try to hire and promote mostly International people or people who are at least transplants to the area. No overtime pay but want to demand you work overtime all year long not just at busy season."
