      "If you like working for a company where the bottom line is more important than the customer, more time is spent analyzing what went wrong than innovation, or decision-making happens only at the VP-level or higher, Carter’s might be for you. If you like finding out a more junior (and more male) counterpart makes as much money as you do... this place might be for you. If you want to be a boss b*tch, sans the boss part, this place is definitely for you."
