Team work is negligible so arrive am to what ever mood the on site leadership is in. Self assigned caseload on site manager can turn this around no support. Corporate neglect, as they are aware. Local upper management is inexperienced and naïve, unfamiliar with the specialty area of practice, the result is that onsite management can invalidate employees concerns, over delegate responsibilities to others, while taking recognition for doing it. Manages employees by threatening, splitting colleagues, and isolating team members really self-serving, for personal gain in obvious ways. Help

March 2017

There are no barriers for women at Cornerstone. Women hold leadership positions at all levels. Cornerstone can have long hours and inconvenient deadlines due to the nature of the work. But I have had much more flexibility in setting my hours in the office and working from home than my husband who is also a professional. The culture here is to work to promote work-life balance and respect family obligations.

December 2015

I have worked here for 10+ years and I can honestly say its not friendly to women of color. You have a few "token" women in management and above but not enough to make a difference. The recent focus on diversity is a joke because its only to appease the outside world. The benefits are great and so is the pay. However, if you want to advance, don't be a women of color.
