"If you work in HR, marketing or another group that is typically lead by women, you will probably like it but not if you work in finance, operations, or departments typically lead by men. The parental leave policy is great if you work at the HQ in NYC -- 16 weeks paid leave, although that is a lot more common in NYC than other states. The finance/accounting heads are all men and the controller is a very difficult misogynist and was reported to HR for saying something in appropriate within a year of being hired. He is the reason I left without securing another job."
