"Overall, this is not a bad workplace, and people are kind and supportive. Pay is competitive. However, the culture is overwhelmingly male-dominated and "bro"-y, especially in sales. Leadership seems to be aware of this and talks about wanting to change it. Management seems to want to hire women/more diverse candidates, but have very little in place to retain these candidates. There are occasional events for women, but no ERG for women, etc. I will say that during the time I was there it improved, but as it stands, a fraternity-esque culture still prevails. "

"They do try to be flexible, and management is empathetic. However, the culture tends to favor people who work the most, and many women I worked with were not comfortable using their paid time off out of fear of falling behind."
