"CCC says all the right things, they say they promote and support women. The talent acquisition team has goals of women they need to hire. But once you’re hired, good luck. Mangers joke about men being paid more, the Women’s Network ERG isn’t allowed to discuss pay disparities even though everyone was crying out for it. The women who are leaders currently are catty, insecure and demand complete blind loyalty. Two significant female figures have now left CCC within a month. "
