"There's no prejudice by gender working with this company. If you are getting married, you can request unpaid or paid time off, depending on your work status. If you become pregnant, the company enforces you to submit paper work to management in order for them to make accommodations to your needs. If you have a disability, though with a bit of work, workplace accommodations can also be made. "

"Flexibility with the amusement parks under this company are wonderful in the sense that your personal, submitted schedule is prioritized. If you're a student, you've made a right choice to work here because they care about that.
But when you're the only team lead available during the weekdays, your morning or evening hours are limited as you are stretched thin."

"My area manager often visits his stores, and while making sure that the stores are well kept and the guests are being taken care of. He also asks how his employees are doing. He asks if we need anything for the store or if we personally need things.
When issues arise in the workplace, they are quick and communicative with addressing and fixing the issue. "
