"Think there is a glass ceiling here - a thick one. There are a lot of inexperienced m, highly paid male VPs contrasted with a lot of experienced and highly capable women in lower level roles. "

"Outside sales is very flexible for working moms, but consider the size of the territory when taking on this job. Some accounts could be more than 3-4 hours away and that can take a toll on your work/life balance. "
