It is a flexible work environment. Although more than half of the total workforce is women, you would not know that by looking at the senior and executive leadership teams. For a healthcare provider, the maternity leave does not appear to be robust (I have not taken maternity leave at this company).

    it's pretty fantastic. you get 16 weeks total. for the 1st five years you get 2 months paid, at your 5th year you get another month paid. men or women can take this leave - and the culture is that men do frequently take it.
