I would say to be cautious in senior leadership roles. Women are there but the organization has a long way to go to treat them the same.

    Maybe. At senior level it is mostly men. Women are not treated the same. Nurses tend to be women so nursing leaders are most respected as women.

Could use more women in leadership positions at the facility, but there are a lot of women in health care and within the company who set a great example for others! I would hope that we start to see more female CEOs, but there are a few.
