"I would say to be cautious in senior leadership roles. Women are there but the organization has a long way to go to treat them the same."

"Could use more women in leadership positions at the facility, but there are a lot of women in health care and within the company who set a great example for others! I would hope that we start to see more female CEOs, but there are a few."
