"I'd like to see more women in leadership, but compared to other companies, Cepheid seems very good at both promoting diversity and putting it in practice. The larger company, Danaher has provided programs for women's leadeship."

"I've noticed that working from home is not discouraged. Many use this perk when needed and there seems to be no issue as long as you complete your projects in a timely manner."

"Please learn about what division and department you are joining. Some departments are very good at hiring and managing diversity. Several departments are very poor (marketing and sales for example). "

"In terms of paid time off for leave it isn't great but the flexibility for scheduling and working with a child care schedule are great."
