Camden values work-life balance, however, if you are on-site, a work-life balance is pretty much nonexistent due to the length of days you may work. The typical work week is from Saturday to Friday so you will have two days off but then you may work six or eight days straight. The only benefit is sometimes you can have four day weekends without using vacation time, which isn't something that happens on a regular basis. The on-site hours are from 9am to 6pm by the time you get home and handle home life its time to prepare for work the next day. Also Camden is open on the weekend from 10am to 5pm including Sunday, this is especially difficult for Leasing Consultants who are required to work majority of the weekends in the month.

Don't expect to have a life outside of work. The practice owner feels that her employees are cheating her out of money if they take a lunch. its very discouraging. There is a lot of provider turnover

The value of free education for all employees and their dependants is fantastic! There is no reason to not further your education OR to insure your children are able to reach their educational goals, as well.

September 2015

I've worked with Monster for 3+ years and have some wonderful female business partners. Management is male-dominated in my space. All Directors are male and 15 of 16 RSMs are male. Team lead roles are often held by women but there seems to be challenges stepping past that level. It has also been my experience that the majority of male authority looks down on women not giving them the same level of respect as a male peer.
