"We have so many women in leadership roles. This company is so supportive of both men and women when it comes to a work-life balance and dealing with any sort of family or health issue. I have never felt more supported than I have working at CGI."

"Establish your boundaries early on, especially as a remote worker. It is easy to feed off team members that do not take breaks/work after hours, but it is important to create your own boundaries and take a break when needed. Look at the leadership that has been developed with women. Take advantage of the opportunities presented, even if they don't make sense at the time."
