"Be very careful. I don't believe this is a good culture for young women. There are men at this company who can be good to work for, and I have had managers at this company who are wonderful. However, I have also experienced, and hear others experience, managers who do not care about issues facing women in the workplace to the point of being dismissive of concerns raised. The issues raised go from a disparity in pay between men and women at the company, to inappropriate comments being simply part of the culture. I would strongly recommend against young women in particular working at this company. I do say specifically "men" you may work for as there are so few women in leadership positions that it would be unlikely that you would be working for a women. This company is well below industry standard."
