Don't bother if you need a structured schedule. The advertised flexibility works against you since some hours there is high demand but not others and you have no control of that. You can't just schedule yourself within those windows.

    I'm giving a 2 because I think it depends on the team you're on/manager you report to. Some are probably more flexible than others.

    You can use your short term disability, which is 6 weeks at 50% of your salary. Plus, you wont get paid any of your earned bonus' or commission while on leave. I don't know what the laws are around this and I am sure that is legal, but its crappy that you don't receive these while on leave as it is compensation for sales/achievements made months prior to going on leave.

It is a good place to start your career and get experience. Many women are now being managed at the Middle Manager role. More work needs to be done at the Executive Levels of the organization.

Many women at the mid-level with minimal opportunities to advance. There is one lone woman on the executive team. Unpaid maternity leave with very limited in-office pumping options. Your experience will really depend on team dynamics and what department you're working in. Resources are limited overall, which is felt cross-gender. Will be interesting to see how women grow within the company as it expands.
