"DO NOT DO IT, IT IS LISTED AS A NOT FOR PROFIT.....BUT THE ADMINISTRATORS MAKE SIX PLUS FIGURES, WHILE CUTTING BACK ON EMPLOYEE PERKS, OR RAISES. EVEN EQUIPMENT OR MORE NEEDED STAFF. BECAUSE WHERE THEY CHOOSE TO SPEND THEIR MONEY IS NOT ON THE NECESSARY DEMANDS TO MAKE A HOSPITAL SAFE FOR ALL INVOLVED"

USUALLY THE REASON TO NOT ADJUST YOUR SCHEDULE IS IT COULD BE A DAYSHIFT, RATHER THAN NIGHT SHIFT; OR IT IS OFTEN, NO ONE WILL RETURN THE FAVOR TO YOU WHENEVER YOU'VE SAID YES TO EVERYONE."
