Sometimes what you apply for, interview for, & get a position for isn't what you end up doing because they will fill a gap with you if they think you might be able to do it without asking you if you want to. Which ends up being a set up for failure.

Company is led by men, not a lot of women working for them, and just one in leadership position. I know for a fact that men had higher salaries. When I asked if it was due to gender they said no, but gave no other explanation.

I worked here for over 5 years and had a great experience. There are many women working within the company in various roles and at various levels. Many female consultants, HR employees, finance etc. There was plenty of room for growth/advancement. I did not have children while working here.
