    They do not pay for maternity leave. you have to pay for short turn disability insurance and then use your PTO. There is a max of 180 hours you can have for PTO before it stops accumulating. I used STD and all 180 hours of PTO and still had about two weeks of unpaid leave.

They talk a big game when it comes to trying to improve gender diversity and leadership opportunities for women but they don't actually deliver. It's a boys club and the women who are in positions of leadership are cliquy and cut through… If you don't play the game and stay in the inner circle you will be quickly bullied and targeted by female leaders as a threat. They promote their friends whether or not they are the most qualified candidates and have no problem lying to maintain their position of power or to climb the ladder themselves. It's shocking how even our female diversity and inclusion director raise a complaint about these very things and was shut down by RSVP of HR because he is just as guilty as the rest of them when it comes to the politics and turning a blind eye if it doesn't suit him. They dismiss all complaints as rantings from bitter and jaded employees and are quick to admonish entire global teams if any negative feedback surfaces on websites like glass door. It's all a ruse and frankly quite sad considering the mission of this company and all of the PR it puts out to clients about creating and supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Depends on the role and the team. There is definitely an 'in crowd' that I didn't feel a part of and often times that feels like a boys club. That may be based on satellite office structure or time I joined, but it was hard to connect with others and receive assistance or guidance. Offsite and sales retreat activities were heavily geared towards men. Unsure of maternity policy but I can find out.

Contently is amazing! Management is not male-dominated and women are treated fairly. The Ladies@ organization makes it easy for women to meet professionals outside of their departments and network. There are clear paths for advancement for women.
