"This is a classic boys club culture with a lack of diversity that is stark. No real effort to widen the influence circle. Power rests with a few white men who aren't especially interested in fundamental change, which is ironic because the company loses money. Newspaper has struggled financially over the years and layoffs were common. The company has an uncertain future. Nothing to be gained by going here if you are a woman, particularly a young person with many options on where to build a career. "
