"As long as you develop a mutual respect with both superiors and members of staff on your level and below, gender has not played a role in my treatment or compensation here - it is based on skill, commitment to learn, and treatment of others."

"Chick-Fil-A is truly a “boy’s-club,” to say the least. They made the “pretty women” work the front, and the majority of men in the back. They let sexual advances slide as long as the boys are close to the manager, it’s just (and I quote), “something they do, don’t take it personally.) By far the worst work experience I’ve ever had, I felt abused for the pay I received and what they allowed (and continued to allow) to happen. If you can avoid working there, do yourself a favor."

"You make your schedule at store locations, if you want 40 hours a week you can get it, if you want 20 hours a week you can get that as well. A lot of the job gets boring when you're on the floor, but when you move into higher positions and you have projects you take on, that's when it gets rewarding. "

"If you’re want to be used for your feminine body for the guest’s satisfaction, by all means. It felt as if only men worked in the back and the women worked in the front, with few working in both places. Those few were friends of the operator, however, so don’t feel you might be special."
