"It's mostly men who want to work at this restaurant, the less women there are, the more attracted they seem to be to you. Multiple coworkers have made comments about how I look and how other women look. Reportedly, one of the managers hires based off of looks and how young you are, he'd search up young women on his Instagram and hire them based off of their "hotness." I feel very uneasy in this environment as a 17 year old and am in the process of finding another job."

"The CEO is all about “women take the lead”. It’s a little harder to see that in action within the restaurant. It’s much harder to earn the respect of a male dominated kitchen staff unless you rule with an iron fist all the time"

"As a manager you work very long hours with little flexibility. If you’re he manager on duty you cannot leave the restaurant whiteout another manager present. If the kids take too long to get out the door, the entire restaurants Day is set behind"
