"Chipotle is a place where you aren't compared to your coworkers of the basis of gender/sex. I work with incredibly strong and determined women that make me believe that there isn't a stopping point for women at Chipotle. "

"This company truly cares more about talent then Gender. Work hard and you get rewarded. Many women have been made into great leaders. They offer great benefits that can help women like Maternity leave. If you want a career where you can have a chance at growing based on your qualifications and not Gender this is the company.
I've been with them for 7 years and it was been a great experience and they have treated me amazing. I have gone from crew member to recruiter and have used their benefits to go to school. "
