"The culture has a very unfair vibe for women and minorities in general. It is very difficult to be taken seriously if you are a minority, regardless of how hard you work. "

"The benefits here are fantastic, but you are expected to work extremely long hours. It is often hard for people to balance the hard driving pace with family life. "

"female dominated business until the senior management level. benefits are generous including 12 weeks fully paid maternity leave and flexibility to extend with vacation or unpaid time.career paths are not clear and compensation is not competitive"
