" Many senior leaders are promoted from within. CHR typically recruits recent college graduates who are competitive men. Leadership is lacking diversity but generally respectful of women. "

"They have great benefits. But the atmosphere makes it tough. You'll be okay if you get along with crass language, shouting, yelling, cussing. Able to find a target weaker than you to pick on or point out to the bullies. Forget about professionalism, alcoholism and macho posturing wins. "
